By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, together with the policies and guidelines referenced or incorporated into these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not access or use the Platform.
1. INTRODUCTION
Althonix operates an online marketplace that enables Users to discover, compare, purchase, and transact for products and services offered through the Platform.
Products available on Althonix may be sold by:
Althonix;
Independent third-party Sellers; or
Other authorized marketplace participants.
Althonix may provide technology, marketplace infrastructure, payment facilitation, logistics coordination, customer support, product discovery, communication, and other services to facilitate transactions.
Where a product is offered by an independent Seller, the Seller may be responsible for the product, inventory, pricing, description, packaging, warranty, invoicing, and fulfilment, subject to applicable law and Althonix policies.
2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing, browsing, registering, or using the Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

3. ELIGIBILITY

Althonix reserves the right to restrict or terminate access where it reasonably believes that a User does not satisfy applicable eligibility requirements.
4. YOUR ACCOUNT

Transactional and legally required communications may continue even if you opt out of promotional communications.
6. PLATFORM USE
You agree to use Althonix only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Attempt to access accounts, servers, databases, APIs, systems, or information without authorization.
7.3 Platform Manipulation
Attempt to manipulate:
Product rankings
Search results
Reviews
Ratings
Seller performance
Offers
Coupons
Prices
Orders
Delivery information
7.4 Scraping and Data Extraction
Use bots, crawlers, spiders, scripts, scraping tools, or similar technologies to collect or reproduce Platform information without prior written authorization.
7.5 Commercial Misuse
Use information obtained from Althonix to advertise, solicit, sell, or market products or services to other Users without authorization.
8. USER CONTENT AND SUBMISSIONS
Users may have opportunities to submit or publish content including:
Reviews
Ratings
Questions
Answers
Comments
Images
Videos
Feedback
Suggestions
Product-related content
You are solely responsible for content submitted by you.
You represent that your content:
Is truthful and accurate to the best of your knowledge.
Does not violate applicable law.
Does not infringe third-party rights.
Does not contain malicious code.
Does not contain unlawful or prohibited material.
Does not impersonate another person.
Is not submitted for fraudulent purposes.
Althonix may review, moderate, remove, restrict, or disable User Content where permitted by law and Platform policies.
9. REVIEWS AND RATINGS
Reviews and ratings should reflect genuine customer experiences.
Users must not:
Submit fake reviews.
Submit reviews in exchange for improper benefits.
Review products they have not legitimately experienced where such experience is represented.
Manipulate ratings.
Create multiple accounts to influence ratings.
Post misleading or defamatory content.
Coordinate fraudulent review campaigns.
Althonix may remove or restrict reviews that violate applicable policies.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All intellectual property associated with Althonix, including:
Althonix name
Althonix logo
Trademarks
Website design
Graphics
Text
Software
Code
Product presentation
Platform interface
Images owned or licensed by Althonix
Videos
Audio
Icons
Databases
Content
is owned by or licensed to Althonix or its respective rights holders.
Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of Althonix intellectual property.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, transmit, sell, license, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit Platform content without appropriate authorization.
Third-party trademarks and product names remain the property of their respective owners.
11. MARKETPLACE SELLERS
Althonix may allow independent Sellers to list and sell products through the Platform.
Sellers are responsible for complying with applicable laws and Althonix Seller policies.
Sellers may be responsible for:
Product authenticity
Product quality
Product descriptions
Product specifications
Inventory
Pricing
Packaging
Invoicing
Product warranties
Applicable taxes
Product compliance
Order fulfilment
Returns and replacements, where applicable
Althonix may provide marketplace and support services to facilitate transactions between Sellers and Customers.
12. PRODUCT INFORMATION
Althonix attempts to provide accurate product information.
However, information may be provided by Sellers, manufacturers, brands, distributors, or other third parties.
Product information may include:
Product descriptions
Images
Specifications
Dimensions
Colours
Availability
Pricing
Warranty information
Seller information
Althonix does not guarantee that every listing will always be completely accurate, current, or error-free.
Where an error is identified, Althonix may correct or update the relevant information.
13. PRODUCT PRICING
Prices may be determined by Althonix, Sellers, brands, or other authorized marketplace participants.
Prices may change at any time before an order is confirmed.
The applicable price is generally the price displayed at the time of order placement, subject to applicable taxes, delivery charges, discounts, offers, or other disclosed charges.
If a technical or pricing error occurs, Althonix or the relevant Seller may take appropriate corrective action, including cancellation of the affected order, subject to applicable law.
14. ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product or products.
After placing an order, you may receive an electronic confirmation.
An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted.
Orders may be cancelled or rejected due to circumstances including:

Pricing errors
Inventory discrepancies
Payment failure
Seller inability to fulfil
Delivery restrictions
Fraud prevention measures
Technical errors
Regulatory requirements
Other legitimate operational reasons

16. DELIVERY
Delivery services may be provided by Althonix, Sellers, logistics companies, courier partners, or other service providers.
Estimated delivery dates are provided for convenience and may vary.
Delivery may be affected by:

Seller processing time
Customer location
Logistics capacity
Weather
Natural events
Government restrictions
Transportation disruptions
Public holidays
Other circumstances beyond reasonable control
Customers must provide an accurate and complete delivery address.
17. CANCELLATION
Orders may be cancelled according to the applicable cancellation policy.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:
Offers cannot be exchanged for cash.

Offers may not be combined.
Offers may be withdrawn or modified subject to applicable law.
Althonix may restrict promotional benefits where it identifies misuse or fraudulent activity.
20. COMMUNICATION BETWEEN USERS AND SELLERS
Where Althonix provides communication tools between Customers and Sellers, such communication must be used only for legitimate marketplace purposes.
Users must not use such tools to:
Harass another person.
Send spam.
Promote unrelated products or services.
Collect personal information without authorization.
Circumvent Althonix transactions.
Conduct unlawful activities.
Share malicious content.
Althonix may monitor or review communications to the extent permitted by applicable law and its Privacy Policy.
21. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Althonix may use third-party providers for:
Payments
Logistics
Customer communication
Analytics
Authentication
Advertising
Technology infrastructure
Fraud prevention
Other marketplace functions
Third-party services may have separate terms and privacy policies.
Your use of such services may therefore be subject to the applicable third-party terms.

Althonix does not control third-party websites and does not necessarily endorse their content, products, services, or practices.

23. PRIVACY
Your use of Althonix is also governed by the Althonix Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy explains how Althonix collects, uses, stores, processes, and shares personal information.
By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the applicable Privacy Policy.
24. SECURITY
Althonix may use technical, organizational, and operational measures designed to protect the Platform and Users.
However, no internet-based system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
You must not attempt to bypass or interfere with Platform security measures.
Any suspected security vulnerability or unauthorized access should be reported to Althonix through the appropriate support channel.
25. FRAUD, ABUSE AND MARKETPLACE INTEGRITY
Althonix may investigate activity that appears to involve:
Fraud
Fake orders
Fake returns
Payment abuse
Coupon abuse
Account abuse
Review manipulation
Counterfeit products
Identity misuse
Unauthorized transactions
Seller misconduct
Other marketplace abuse
Althonix may take appropriate action, including restricting transactions, cancelling orders, withholding or reversing promotional benefits where legally permissible, suspending accounts, removing listings, or reporting suspected unlawful activity to appropriate authorities.
26. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
Althonix may restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the Platform where permitted by law if:
You violate these Terms.
You violate applicable policies.
You provide false information.
You engage in fraud or abuse.
You compromise Platform security.
You misuse promotional programs.
You interfere with Platform operations.
Your activity creates legal, security, or operational risks.
Where required by applicable law, Althonix will provide appropriate notice or process.
Termination does not affect rights or obligations that accrued before termination.
27. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Althonix provides the Platform and its features on an “as available” basis.
Althonix does not guarantee that:
The Platform will always be uninterrupted.
The Platform will always be error-free.
All product listings will always be accurate.
All products will always be available.
Delivery estimates will always be achieved.
Third-party services will always be available.
The Platform will always be free from security vulnerabilities.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
28. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Althonix will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the Platform.
For products sold by independent Sellers, responsibility for product-related matters may rest with the relevant Seller to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
29. INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Althonix, its affiliates, officers, employees, representatives, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising from:
Your breach of these Terms.
Your unlawful use of the Platform.
Fraudulent activity associated with your account.
Your User Content.
Your violation of third-party rights.
Your violation of applicable laws.
30. FORCE MAJEURE
Althonix shall not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including:
Natural disasters
Floods
Fires
Epidemics or pandemics
War
Terrorism
Civil disturbances
Government actions
Strikes
Transportation disruptions
Internet failures
Telecommunications failures
Power outages
Cyber incidents
Other events beyond reasonable control
This provision does not affect rights that cannot legally be excluded.
31. MODIFICATION OF THE PLATFORM
Althonix may, at any time, modify, suspend, discontinue, add, or remove:

Offers
Platform functionality
Seller programs
Payment methods
Delivery options
Althonix will take reasonable steps where required to communicate material changes that affect Users.
32. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Althonix may modify these Terms from time to time.
Updated Terms will be published on the Platform with a revised “Last Updated” date.
Where required by applicable law, material changes may be communicated through appropriate channels.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
33. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, subject to applicable consumer protection and other mandatory legal requirements.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to restrict any statutory rights available to Users under applicable law.
34. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
If you have a complaint or concern relating to an order, Seller, payment, product, delivery, return, refund, or Platform service, you should first contact Althonix Customer Support.
Althonix will make reasonable efforts to review and resolve complaints through its applicable support and grievance mechanisms.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved through these mechanisms, the parties may pursue remedies available under applicable law.
Nothing in this section prevents a consumer from exercising rights available under mandatory law.

You are responsible for ensuring that your registered contact information remains accurate.
36. SEVERABILITY

The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
37. WAIVER
If Althonix does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, this does not mean that Althonix has waived its right to enforce that provision in the future.
38. ASSIGNMENT
You may not transfer or assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without prior written authorization from Althonix.
Althonix may assign or transfer its rights and obligations in connection with a restructuring, merger, acquisition, sale of business, or other lawful business transaction, subject to applicable law.
39. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with the applicable Althonix policies and agreements referenced herein, constitute the agreement governing your use of the Platform.
Additional terms may apply to specific products, services, Seller programs, promotions, or other Platform features.
